Just a note about the "Report Cover" option when viewing labels and covers.
This feature is to advise admins/mods of problems with the artwork, NOT A WAY TO GIVE THANKS!
The moderator's time is limited, and the time spent each day checking and removing
problem reports that just say "thanks" or "cool" would be better spent
moderating artwork instead.
So please, please, stop using it as a thanks system, its not the way.
