BEFORE SUBMITTING

1. All Images: Next-Generation console covers only (Wii, PS3, Xbox 360).

2. All Images: Next-Generation Movies only. Please only upload images for movies 2008 onwards, unless it is a modern take on a classic movie.

3. All Images: Make sure they are the correct DVD/Blu-ray dimensions and in 300dpi. There has been a number of submissions where I have to download and look at in photoshop to check, and they appear to be in 300dpi... but when I check the dimensions, they are smaller than actual DVD size... ie. instead of 27.4cm wide.. it's only 21cm. If this is the case, bumping up to the correct size makes image not as detailed.

4. All Images:  No boxset, jewel or slimline covers (these would clog up the system with multiple versions)

5. Custom Images: Stretched Images is a NO NO. If I see an image stretch, it will automatically be removed. I don't want to see people looking like aliens from close encounters. If your image doesn't fit properly, then be more creative and use something else or add some other stuff to it. If you have to enlarge something, make sure the proportions are same as the original image. If using photoshop, hold the SHIFT key while reducing/enlarging!!

6. Custom Images: NTSC / PAL -- Make up your mind!! There's been a few images where there's NTSC with Pegi ratings logo, and PAL with ESRB rating logos. PEGI rating is PAL and ESRB is NTSC... so make sure you have the matching combination. Also make sure your template is complete by filling all the "editable" sections in. ie. On the Wii.. make sure you have the number of players on the Wiimote; or the description like "Mild Violence" in the ESRB ratings box on back... and Add the title on the spine!

7. Custom Images: Please don't flood us with various versions of the same cover unless they are all completely original from each other. No that doesn't mean a just changing the background images used. Try to make just one awesome version :)

DURING SUBMITTING

8. When submitting your image and you type in the title.. . do not type in things like "PAL", "Custom" etc. Start typing in the title.. and a drop-down box will appear underneath. Hopefully the title will appear in it.. which you should click. This makes searching for the exact title later more precise. If the title is new, then it may not appear in the database, so just add the title. Extra notes like "PAL","Custom", etc.. should be entered in the comment box underneath.

AFTER SUBMITTING

10. Do not complain if your work was rejected. Moderators decision is final! - Although We will try to give a good reason for rejection.

AND LASTLY!!!!!!

11. Do NOT take someone else's label/cover and convert it to another region/console. If you really want another version... ask the author of the image first, or ask them if they can make it.
